All content was recorded over multiple sessions in our own short distance recording rooms as well as solos and trios. We use condenser microphones such as Neumann U-87 and TLM 103, Schoeps MK4 as well as dynamic microphones such as Sennheiser MD421, AKG D112 etc.

Mix: After selecting your preferred ensemble type, you can now mix these 4 instrument groups (violin, viola, cello, bass) using a separate volume control. Therefore, it makes sense that you can omit individual instruments or groups of instruments, which will result in many more variations of the ensemble variations mentioned above. For example, you can play solo cello solo by selecting the entire quartet and setting the volume controls on the violin, viola, and bass to zero.
Seats: In addition to setting your preferred player composition, you can also specify the type of seats, whether “American” or “German” seats. To generally set all trays in the center, use the “Off” option.

Easy mixing: Ropes are always at hand. You can easily mix each of the 4 instrument groups (vi, VA, ce, ba) using a separate volume control. This allows you to quickly configure an instrument scale according to your needs. You can easily add or omit solo instruments.
